What is new in ScoreFactory - the scoring app, the online
results, and the tools match directors use to run registration.
Scoreboard & Results
Sort the board by adjusted Score Index
Every result now carries a Score Index - your time measured
against the stage par - and the scoreboard has a sortable Adjusted SI column.
The adjustment applies each division's par handicap, so a Revolver shooter and
an Open shooter can be compared on a single, fair ladder rather than only
within their own division.
Class bands you can actually see
Results are banded into Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze from the same Score
Index, so you can tell at a glance how a run stacks up against the standard for
the class, not just against who happened to show up that day.
Old matches keep their old numbers
Par handicaps and class cutoffs change over time. Each match is now scored with
the numbers that were in force on its own date, so re-opening a result from
months ago shows exactly what it showed then - a later rules change never
quietly rewrites past standings.
See every shot's timing
Open a result to get a shot-timing sparkline and a split breakdown, shot by
shot, for the whole stage. Where the stage was designed in the editor, the
shots are laid over the actual stage map so you can see where the time went.
Line two shooters up side by side with Compare to see who
gained where, split for split.
Results online the moment the match ends
ScoreFactory scores the match offline on the range, then syncs to its own home
at score.pewpewstagefactory.com the moment there is signal.
Shooters see live standings without waiting for a printout, and you can share
a single results link that stays current as scores come in.
Shooters
Compete as a team
Build a team by inviting other shooters, and every match you both shoot picks
up a team sub-board - your own private standings pulled from the live results.
Invites are handled right inside My Results: accept or decline, no email chase.
Keep an eye on your rivals
Add shooters to a watch list and follow how you match up against them across
matches, down to individual drills. It is your personal read on the
competition, kept in one place instead of hunting through match after match.
All your results in one place
My Results gathers every match you have shot and links new ones to you
automatically as they post, so your history is always waiting for you when
you log in - no digging through match lists to find your own runs.
Match Admin
Accept a registration yourself
People who sign up without an account confirm by email before they show on the
public roster. Everyone who registers still lands in your admin roster and your
match download - the unconfirmed ones just sit greyed with a
pending tag. When you know someone is coming, hit
Confirm to accept them on the spot, no email round-trip needed.
Message your shooters
Email everyone registered for a match straight from the admin page -
announcements, a schedule change, or the match book link. Replies come back to
you, and every message carries an unsubscribe link so it stays on the right
side of the line.
Squads with real capacity
Set up your squads with start times and caps, and hold back a few slots for
reassignment on match morning. The board shows each squad filling up and marks
it full when public sign-up is closed out, while you keep the held slots in
reserve.
Take registrations online
Open registration for a match and share one link. Shooters pick their division,
class and squad in about a minute, with no account required. You choose the
divisions and categories on offer and the window it is open, and watch the
roster fill in as they sign up.
