Appalachian Systems LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use Stageworks (the "Service"), our web-based platform for competitive shooting sports stage design.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the Service.
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and is subject to our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.

2.1 Information You Provide to Us
Account Registration Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Name: Your first and last name
- Email Address: Used for account identification, communications, and password recovery
- Password: Stored in encrypted form; we cannot view your actual password

Payment Information
When you subscribe to the Service:
- Payment processing is handled entirely by Paddle, our third-party payment processor
- We do NOT collect, store, or have access to your credit card numbers, CVV codes, or banking information
- Paddle provides us with limited information such as: payment status, subscription status, transaction IDs, and the last 4 digits of your payment method (for your reference)
- Your payment information is subject to Paddle's privacy policy
User Content (Stage Designs)
Information you create or upload while using the Service:
- Stage Designs: All stage layouts, configurations, target placements, timing data, and related content you create
- Design Metadata: Creation dates, modification dates, design names, and associated notes
- Shared Content: Designs you choose to share with other users
- PDF Exports: Documents you generate from your stage designs

- Not storing highly sensitive information in the Service

Despite our security measures, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information. You acknowledge and accept this inherent risk when using the Service.
6.4 Your Responsibility
You are responsible for:

- Logging out of your account when using shared devices
